Career Exploration Tools
Naviance - Where your ICAP data lives, and includes a lot of Career Research Tools for you!
MyColoradoJourney - Pathway options and resources for college, skilled trades, apprenticeships, military and more. This is a free state resource for Colorado, but does require an account to use.
MyNextMove/O*Net - Career research tools by the US Department of Labor, with interest inventories, career trends, and growth.
CareerOneStop - Another US Dept. of Labor site with tools for getting a job, finishing high school, planning for college and careers.
Career Finder by College Board - Requires a College Board account (you have to have one to see your PSAT or SAT scores). Has videos of interviews with people in many different careers.
Discovere - Site for those who wish to explore Engineering careers.

Indeed.com - Top job postings site. This is their link to their resume and cover letter section of their career guide.
Resume Tips - Indeed's site for resume tips with 10 writing tips to help you land the job.
Resume Template - Be sure to include your name when you make a copy of the template.
Resume Rubric for ICAP Requirements - Shows you what you should have on your resume each year as you add to it. Required to have a final resume for graduation.
Cover Letter Tips & Info - Indeed site with an intro video to cover letters with tips and examples.
Skilled Trades - Certificate Programs & Apprenticeships
NEW Colorado Apprenticeships website - starting with Healthcare Apprenticeships this fall, this site offers an earn while you learn pathway to healthcare careers.
Colorado Community College System - Includes schools like ACC and Red Rocks, which can offer skilled trade training programs.
