Hey Homies!! 

 I am so excited to see that you are researching the possibilities of making your dreams come true. You have found the absolute FINEST team of educators out there!

When I was a sophomore in high school and thinking about my future, I was thrilled to think about a career in the cosmetology industry. I completed my training while I was still in high school so, to say I LOVED school would be exaggerating just a little bit. However, soon after I started working in the real world, not the school salon, I realized that I had found my passion. 

I took all the basic classes while I was in high school and never really thought that I would use any of it. Well, here I am, 20 years later trying to explain the difference between hair color and haircolor to my students (thank you to all my English teachers). Trying to get them to understand the difference of a 90-degree angle and a 180-degree angle and how to hold their hand in that said position (and I thought I wouldn’t need math).

I often think about what I would do if I couldn't teach and I have yet to think of anything better so, I will continue to spread my passion and encourage young adults make their dreams become reality and become one of those really cool, vintage, cosmetology teachers.
